Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Mount Roskill Grammar School.

For In-Zone applications: 

The school welcomes in-zone applications for 2025 for all year levels.

 1. Please check that your current address is in-zone by clicking here (In-Zone Street List as at May 2024.pdf) for a list of in-zone street addresses and the in zone map.
If your street is not listed on the in-zone street address list, then you must apply using an ‘Out-of-Zone’ application form.

2.  Application Forms are available here or available from the school office. Application Forms will also be delivered to some intermediate schools. Alternatively, you can apply online by clicking the button below.

3. Documents Required for all in-zone applicants:

• NZ Citizens: An original or certified copy of the student’s Birth Certificate
• Other Citizens: The student’s Birth Certificate and current visa
• Copy of the latest school report
• Two forms of proof of residential address
  (A) Rates Account or Tenancy Agreement
  (B) One document showing the parent’s/caregiver’s name and address. This must be the address where the student lives.
  *Examples of these documents are a power bill, water bill, phone/internet bill.
• Student Health Record (Download and complete)
• Statutory Declaration (Download and complete. This must be signed by a Justice of the Peace)

For Out-of-Zone applications:

The school will receive out-of-zone applications for 2025 for all year levels.
Applications close: Wednesday 4th September 2024 at 4pm. Ballot day is Wednesday 11th September 2024. Results of the ballot will be emailed by Friday 13th September.
