Out-of-Zone Enrolments – Procedures, Dates and Deadlines
Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Mount Roskill Grammar School.
The school will receive out-of-zone applications for 2025 for all year levels. Applications close at 4pm on Wednesday 4th September, 2024. The Board of Trustees will then determine the number of out-of-zone applicants it will accept at each level and, if necessary, hold a ballot on Wednesday 11th September, 2024. All applicants will then be informed of the outcome of the ballot.
Out-of-zone application forms are available from this link here or available from the school office. Out-of-zone applications made after the closing date will not be eligible for the ballot.
Applications close: Wednesday 4th September 2024 at 4pm. Ballot day is Wednesday 11th September 2024. Results of the ballot will be emailed by Friday 13th September.
Documents Required for Enrolment:
All out-of-zone applicants must provide the following:
- NZ Citizens: An original or certified copy of the student’s Birth Certificate
- Other Citizens: The student’s Birth Certificate and the current visa
- Copy of the latest school report
- Student Health Record (Download then complete)
