Out-of-Zone Enrolments for 2027 are now open!

2026 Out-of-Zone applications are now closed. If you would like to be a 2027 Out-of-Zone applicant, please apply below.

If you live out of zone and want to enrol a new student for 2027, you must do this by Wednesday, 2 September 2026. The closing date applies to all out-of-zone families, even if you have a child at MRGS now, or had a child who used to come here, or you are a parent who went to MRGS.

Out-of-zone applications received after 4.00pm on Wednesday, 2 September 2026 will be considered late and will not be included in the ballot.

The ballot day is Wednesday 9 September. You will be notified by email of the results.

Documents Required for Enrolment:
All out-of-zone applicants must provide the following:

• NZ Citizens: An original or certified copy of the student’s Birth Certificate
  Other Citizens: The student’s Birth Certificate and the current visa
• Copy of the latest school report
• Student Health Record (Download then complete)
• Digital Citizenship Agreement (Please read before completing your application)
